Register now for the White Rock BC, Live Yoga, Life Meditation Series on Sunday nights at 7:00 pm beginning Feb. 8, 2009.

Cost is $100 for the entire series. Refer to the Meditation Classes page for lesson details. You can drop-in for $12.00 per class. Classes are approximately 75 min. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a pillow if you like to sit on the floor, and a folding chair if you prefer.
