Life Style Meditation: Beginners (and Beyond) will benefit from the Life Style Meditation series – We focus on incorporating the techniques of “present moment awareness” into the daily life experience. It is a taste of many different applications and focuses on the ease of being aware. You will experience noticeable health benefits including stress relief, better sleep, less anxiety, and even increased libido (if you like).
Compassion Meditation: We learn to share the peace and freedom we feel inside with an intention for our neighbor, neighborhood, city and beyond – without necessarily leaving the house. It is action through being.
Open Heart Meditation: Having trouble falling in love, even with yourself? Do you feel boarded-up, shut-down or simply out of touch? The Open Heart Meditation is a gentle and very tangible presence that allows your heart (emotional self) to begin to change position, turn inside out, and slowly soften to new possibilities. People will notice a change in you.
Inquiry Meditation: We are what we seek. In Inquiry Meditation, we discover our true self, not through what we do or what we don’t do, but through the simple awareness of our nature. Those who practice Inquiry Meditation benefit from a good foundation of centeredness and “present moment” awareness as a foundation for their inquiry.
I Am That Meditation: One of my personal favorite meditations is I Am That Meditation. We spend the majority of our lives defining personal boundaries, separating ourselves from the “pack,” and learning to be independent of others. The I Am That mediation allows us the opportunity to “connect’ with all that is, and to enjoy the boundless synergy of a connected world. I leave my meditation refreshed, at peace and with the knowledge, I infinitely belong.
