Learn How to Make Meditation A Part of Your Daily Life
Meditation need not be separated from life experiences, but can in fact be learned and integrated into the most exotic and mundane of our human experience.
In our 10 week Life Meditation Series our students learn how to create a lifestyle of meditation - not only in a lotus position, or necessarily in silence, but actively involed with your life and likewise actively in tune with your heart.
You will learn to:
- Focus on the development of “awareness”
- Focus on our relationship with breath
- Focus on the richness of the moment
- Focus on the practicality of meditation as well as the intimate reverence for Self, Others and All That Is.
- Focus on the community of learning
- Focus on the individual journey
- Focus on variety and uniqueness
We use many different methods of instruction to help you become comfortable in and around your own skin.
- We use many “props” taken from outdoors, home, students etc., to create a learning experience that is practical and mystical at once.
- We allow time for sharing and asking questions.
- We meet in a conducive environment to create a safe place for meditation.
- Students have the option to receive email thoughts for the day that relate to the type of meditation we studied that week. (Monday-Friday)
- Personal intuitive training sessions are available and can be useful as a tool to enhance the meditation experience. (Series Students receive an automatic 10% discount on all personal sessions taken during the series.)
