Do you have a tough time hearing your own internal voice?

Your inner guidance is always speaking, directing, or suggesting a way to go; a preferred course of action. Often we lack the confidence to listen and trust our own self. So we look to someone else and hope they have enough experience to shed light on our own situations. We trust someone we barely know over our own internal compass!
It's not that we don't hear - but we simply don't believe in the source.
Although it can be helpful to go to someone who is connected to their inner guidance, we can't live waiting for an appointment with the minister, the counselor or the tarot card reader. Life is happening now, and we are right in the thick of it!
Our One on One sessions are unlike anything you may have tried before. Through a unique application of meditation, stillness and easy listening, Harmony works with you to hear your own guidance, to identify your "hunches" and to take practical steps to engage your faith. You don't need to come back again, you can "read" for yourself!
Some people do come back a few times to practice and develop confidence. Sometimes we need a confirmation, and that's okay too.
The real value of your One on One session are the conversational skills you develop with your heart, your spirit; your higher self. You become proactive, working from a deeper understanding, and experiencing extraordinary and everyday and synchronicities as the "norm" in your life.
Our sessions last 60-75 minutes. Most sessions are held at Harmony's office for privacy and silence. However, if you prefer, another location can be arranged. Everything shared is in the strictest of confidence. (Appointments by telephone are also available for those who can secure a quiet, private setting.)
